Our K-12 troop is located in the Western Suberbs of Des Moines. We generally meet every other Sunday, though we have most age groups meet separately. Our Daisies (K-1) this year are focusing on STEM and Outdoor badges and projects. Our Brownies (2-3) also have a focus on outdoors but they are also completing the Brownie Quest Journey. Our Juniors (4-5) are going to complete the outdoor journey, but their badges are from several topic areas. Finally, Cadettes on up write their own programs with leaders acting as guides and facilitators. Each age group will have a sleepover and camping trip this year.

We are always recruiting new volunteers. If you want to find out more about volunteering, feel free to contact us. Additionally, we are actively recruiting girls in 4th grade and up. Daisies and Brownies will be accepted as space allows. Before beginning to offically attend meetings, you will meet with at least one leader for a troop orientation. To expedite that meeting, feel free to come with the paperwork below.
